1. Centralized Resource Storage: The Zank Financial Library will be integrated into the broker portal for easier access and utilization.
2. Case Status Self-Service: Brokers who submit cases to us can independently check their case status, enhancing transparency and efficiency.
3. AI-Powered Enquiry Responses: The broker portal will feature AI to automatically respond to routine product inquiries, ensuring quick and accurate information delivery, even during holidays.
4. Automated Commission Calculation: Commission totals will be automatically updated in the corresponding broker portals (with encryption added for security). This feature can be disabled if multiple users access the portal within the same company.
